About Us
Langton Associates is a design service firm committed to the creation of functional space - both interior and exterior. Staff capabilities are balanced between Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design. Services cover all phases from Programming through Construction Administration, with special attention to schedule and budget tracking.
Langton Associates establishes a team compatible with the owners’ project criteria, concentrating on site and building evaluation. Each project begins by listening to the client to gather space programming data - meeting client goals are the essence of design. Our process complies with codes and requirements for creating a safe and secure environment with design sensitivity. Our experience in facility evaluations for Historic Preservation, Revitalization, and Renovation projects differentiates us from many firms. Our designs reflect our clients’ unique qualities and needs. However great or small the project, the design is undertaken with sensitivity to schedule and budget. Langton Associates is a Veteran-Owned Small Business, located in Webster Groves, MO. |
A limited budget
is no excuse for a poor design, nor is a limitless budget an excuse for extravagance. |

Principal and founder, Seth Langton, is responsible for the overall direction of the firm. He manages most projects for the firm and establishes the design direction for all projects. Our process is directed by solving problems. Our goal is to solve problems of a spatial and environmental nature, which will ultimately stand the test of time. Design is not a phase or event, but a logical process, beginning at programming and continuing through post construction. Design development must be executed consistent with technical practices. The end result is a project that meets the needs, schedule, and budget while satisfying the goals. MORE DETAILS
