Building renovation of a former church for a community building, plus new additions. This included a maintenance facility, gymnasium, community rooms, recreation rooms and offices.

The new 1-story commercial development consists of a 17,000 sf. bank building with brick exterior plus an office retail building.

The project includes nine buildings, a clubhouse and large conservation area. Apartments consist of 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms. Senior housing has a community building with balconies and terraces in most units.
