The 4,500 sf. multi-building complex included critical areas in the site development that required building locations to facilitate efficient site circulation on the property within a flood plain. |
This new 18,000 sf. facility was designed to house highly efficient casting equipment to increase productivity. Design challenges included the site location between three existing masonry structures and keeping the building cost effective. |
The new construction of an office/high bay warehouse began with an initial phase consisting of 8,000 sf. The final phase consists of 16,000 sf. |
