This project included a complete scope of services related to the successful 1996 bond issue for 4.5 million dollars which led to the development of a list of projects which covered all 10 facilities.

The overall seven building campus renovation focused on creating a more hospitable environment for both the students and staff. Careful design consideration went into the interior architecture and finishes to facilitate sign language communication.

The project was a gut renovation of the historic Loretto Hall on the Webster University Campus, a five-story building approximately 26,000 sf. The former dormitory was converted into flexible office space for use by various departments.
