A media brokerage firm required an efficient yet upscale headquarters office environment for a staff of 32 people. The client desired to maintain a separation for the formal client-related activities with the informal operation of the office.

Built in the 1950's, this four level building was completely renovated on the exterior and interior. The main feature was a large terrace and new vestibule that enhanced the presence of the building at street level.

Building retrofit from a 2 story retail building to an office / community building. Design included open office plan with skylights to provide natural light.
